This website is operated by Shenzhen Chuangyida Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市创宜达科技有限公司). By using cyd.company or purchasing from the store, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed on the store. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Store Use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate order information. You may not interfere with security, misuse downloads, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Products and Compatibility

We aim to present product information accurately. For power products and connectors, verify voltage, wattage, polarity, connector size, and compatible device model before ordering. Mandatory remedies remain available if information is materially incorrect.

Orders and Payment

Orders may be declined for legitimate reasons including inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or inaccurate information. Prices, taxes, shipping, and payment options are displayed during checkout.

Shipping, Returns, and Downloads

Physical orders are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page. Gaming mouse drivers are available immediately and are not subject to physical delivery times. Existing driver descriptions and instructions remain applicable.

The store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, Amazon multi-channel fulfillment, and carriers. We are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Liability and Applicable Rights
