Order Processing

Physical products are normally processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Digital Downloads

Gaming mouse driver files and other digital downloads are available immediately and are not subject to physical order processing or delivery times. Please match the exact model number on your product before downloading.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Where available, physical orders are fulfilled through the corresponding Amazon marketplace's multi-channel fulfillment service in the destination country. Estimated standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by inventory, destination, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or address issues.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is offered on physical-product orders of US$49 or more, or the equivalent displayed in the checkout currency. Shipping charges below the threshold are shown at checkout. Any exceptional remote-area, oversized, or expedited charges will be disclosed before payment.
