Wholesale, Institutional and OEM Orders

CYD accepts inquiries from companies, schools, organizations, resellers and project buyers. Orders may cover available products, compatible power adapters, cables, computer accessories and custom product-development projects.

Information Required for a Quote

• Company or organization name and contact person
• Destination country and complete delivery address
• Product name, compatible device model or required specification
• Output voltage, current, wattage, polarity and connector dimensions for power products
• Required AC plug and cable length
• Quantity and requested delivery date
• Packaging, labeling, testing or certification requirements

Quotation and Order Confirmation

Price, minimum quantity, sample requirements, payment schedule, production time, shipping method, taxes and delivery terms will be stated in the written quotation or pro forma invoice. A request for quotation does not become an accepted order until both parties confirm the commercial terms.

Compatibility and Compliance

Final electrical specifications, compatible models and applicable compliance requirements must be confirmed before production or shipment. Similar-looking connectors are not necessarily interchangeable.
