30-Day Returns

You may request a return of an eligible physical product within 30 days after delivery. Contact louis@cyd.company before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and return location.

Condition

Unless defective, damaged, or incorrect, products should be returned in substantially the condition received, with included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Reasonable inspection is permitted. A refund may be reduced only where allowed by law if handling beyond inspection causes loss of value.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind, compatibility errors, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality reasons, the buyer pays return shipping. For verified defective, damaged-in-transit, or incorrectly supplied items, CYD will provide an appropriate remedy and bear reasonable return costs where required.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times. No restocking fee is charged. Standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law.

Digital Downloads

Free gaming mouse drivers do not involve a purchase refund. Any future paid digital content will be handled under applicable law.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where local law provides stronger rights, including rights for UK and EU consumers, those rights apply.
