you have to extract the file then download it but however it tells me to plug in my mouse (usb) which i did but it doesn't appear to notice it on the app after downloading it that's all it keeps saying a little message saying plug in your device however the mouse is plugged in and it works just fine so does all the buttons as well. i do not understand why this software app does not work though it's strange that i have to go to this website and act like i have to buy it even though its free like seriously. the app does not work whatsoever a waste of my time and energy and the software just doesn't work even the i downloaded the right software with the cyd c309 gaming mouse.

I didn't receive anything, a download link or an exe NOTHING, if anyone knows how to solve my problem?

it says you get the software but i bought it and got no software for my mouse trashhhhh
